I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO RATE IT BECAUSE I HAVEN’T BOUGHT IT, YET. I MIGHT BUY ONE TODAY. I LIKE BECAUSE IT OSCILLATES, HAS THREE SPEEDS AND A ON/OFF BUTTON. IT HAS TWO MOTORS.

I purchased two of these fans, and can not tolerate the crackle/grind noise they make when set to oscillate.

This fan came in on time and there was no set-up required. It has two buttons on the front: Power button, and Oscillate button. It also has a rotating top so you can turn it in the direction you want it to go and it also has three speed settings. I did find that after a couple of months, it started to make a noise whenever I turned it on both the Oscillate and on the Low setting, but on Medium and High it didn’t make the noise. Only when it is oscillating does it make the sound, so I hardly ever use that, or I just keep it on Medium or High. I would have given 5 stars, but didn’t just because of the sound. It stands a little tall, about the same size as a 2-Liter Coke bottle and is a little bigger in width than one.
Overall, this is a good fan. I loved how it had the 3 speeds, the low price, and that the top also rotates. The only negative I’ve found after owning this for a while now is that it makes a kind of motor, grinding sound when oscillating on Low. Other than that, I would still recommend this product for someone in need of a good, cool fan!

The desktop works well and is well built. I would buy the product in the future and highly recommend Lasko products.

I use my computer alot and have no AC so I really need a decent fan during the summer. I probably own more than 8 fans large and small and this has to be one of my favorite. It works great sitting right next to me on the desk, its got good air flow, and the few times I want it to oscillate it’s worked ok (but usually I just have it stationary). I have been looking for a place to get another for work and will be ordering one from here. The original one I got was the last one at the end of a hot summer run at the store.
